Privacy

Short on purpose, because we do almost nothing with your data.

What is collected

Only what you write in the contact form: name, email, company, your role in the process, and the description of the process. Nothing else: neither your IP nor your browser is stored alongside the message. There is no analytics, there are no third-party pixels, there are no advertising cookies and there is no consent banner because none is needed.

What it is used for

Only to reply to you and to prepare the diagnostic conversation. It does not go into any mailing list, it is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Where it lives

This site is served from Vercel, the form message is stored in a database managed by Turso, and the notice that it arrived is delivered with Resend; all three run infrastructure in the United States. It is worth spelling out, because it is a reasonable question: this applies to the marketing site, not to the product. Andino agents run on a single-tenant VM inside the client's own infrastructure: the agent, its credentials and the access to their systems live there. Operational telemetry is replicated to their console tenant so it can be operated, and it can be turned off per agent. If you would rather not go through this form, write to us directly at hola@andino.ai.

How long it is kept

As long as the conversation is alive and up to a year after the last contact. After that it is deleted, and not by hand: there is a daily task that removes whatever is past that period.

How to ask for it to be deleted

An email to hola@andino.ai asking for it. It gets done and confirmed. You can also ask for a copy of what we have, or for it to be corrected.

Changes

If this changes, it changes here. There are no earlier versions archived because this is the first one.
