Andino is not horizontal for the whole company. The focus is on the flows where a mistake has consequences and there is therefore willingness to pay for governance and traceability: collections, claims, post-sale, support, scheduling, outages.

Collections is cross-industry by design. A bank collects loans and a manufacturer collects B2B invoices: same skill, different connector. It is the wedge you enter through, and what accumulates afterwards serves the next workflow.
